Novice Courses Phoenix Park 5th Oct 2014
Sat 30th Aug Trip to Curracloe. Leaving the Breffini Inn carpark at 8.30. Come dressed in training gear as we will go for a run as soon as we arrive there. We will have lunch after training and then the afternoon is free. Dinner will be around 5.30-6pm. We usually invade the pizzeria around 9pm. Bring breakfast cereal and goodies. Dont forget a towel, swimming gear, spare clothes, Jammies, Warm hoodie, inhalers if you need one, Teddy bear! Enjoy!

Tue 2nd Sept Hole in the Wall Pub 7pm -everyone
Thur 4th Sept Hole in the Wall Pub 7pm -everyone
Saturday 6th Sept Hole in the Wall 10.30am – everyone
Sunday 7th Sept 11am Hole in The Wall – Everyone
All athletes born in 2001 and younger should aim for 3 days training a week to enable them to progress. (Two days is fine if they are taking part in another active sport during the week)
If you have any friends who are interested in joining the club bring them down this week if possible as its tough to keep up with you lot when you have a week or twos training under your belts!

Sat 30th Aug. Club trip to Curracloe. We will meet at the Carpark beside the Breffini Inn at 8.30sharp. Come dressed in your training gear, bring breakfast cereal, Swimming gear, goodies, money for pizza on Saturday night, towel, Warm hoodie and rain jacket.
Date for your Diary-Monday 8th September Presentation night in Hole in the Wall 7pm sharp, all welcome.

The final graded event for our older thletes took place last night in Tallaght. Steffi Creanor came first in the womens 200m in a time of 24.92. Niamh Donnelly finished off her season with a very impressive win in the the womens 1500m in 4m.35sec just marginally off her best time. Alison Armstrong ran just over 5 mins for her 1500m.
Catherine McManus got confirmation this week that she is off to Zürich next Tuesday as a member of the Irish women’s relay team for the European Championships. This is a great honour for Catherine and her club and we are all very proud of her.
Everyone is on a well deserved break from this week and we will be resuming training at the end of August. Enjoy!
A million thanks to all those who turnred out to help at the water stations this morning. We were blessed with a beautiful morning but you all had to make the effort to get up!
Next Monday we need help at the water station for the half marathon in the phoenix park. We need to set up at 8.30. Meeting place is the entrance to the popes cross car park. Bring bikes if possible or leave cars at hole in the wall and walk over.
