Leinster indoors update

We had a good turnout of our older athletes at the Leinster junior, senior and masters at Abbottstown on Sat. The junior crew had a very good day with wins for Celine (1500 win and pb), Sara 800m, Craig long jump, a very positive 5th from Joe in his 800, a PB for Ian in the 400. Good performances too from Ashley, Sam, Gillian and Rowen.

In the senior events Jodie McCann ran a PB in the 800, good running too from Aoife, Edel Monaghan and Sinead ( first track outing in a long time). Alison Burke came 3rd in the hurdles and 2nd in her sprint.
Edel McNamara won her age group in the Masters 800m. Well done everyone.
