Sat 15th Sept sprinters Hole in the wall 10.30. Dermots group check.

Sun 16th Sept League 1 Newbridge house starting at 11am. All athletes expected to take part. This is where you learn how to race. Bring 3 euro for your sticker. Maps, distances and timetable on earlier post. Under 9 to under 12 be there at 10.15 to ensure enough time to walk the course. Older athletes be there 45 mins before your race time.

League 1 in Newbridge House Sunday 16th Sept

Click on links below for league 1 details. All athletes should make an effort to take part in League 1. These are low key races which give experience over short distances in a nice relaxed environment and are especially suitable for our new members. Please bring 3 euro for your competition sticker and arrive at the venue at least 45 mins before the scheduled start of your event. All the races will go off on time. Best of luck to everyone.

Mon 10th Sept party and presentation night in Hole in the wall 7pm. Everyone welcome.

Tue 11th Sept Hole in the wall 7pm. Anyone who’s free at 4pm meet at the Bogies.

Thur 13th Sept Hole in the wall 7pm Everyone..

Everyone is welcome back after the Summer. It will take a week or two to get comfortable but we all know what to expect. It’s important for everyone, new and existing members to train ‘a little a lot, rather than a lot a little’. Next weekend we will have league 1 for our cross country gang in Newbridge House. Details will be on the website tomorrow.
