SAVE THE DATE- GREAT IRELAND RUN
Sunday 15th April is the date for this years Great Ireland Run. This is our annual major fundraiser without which we would be struggling like lots of other clubs to keep the show on the road. We will need as many parents and friends as we can get to help out on the day. Thankfully we have always got a great response to our calls for help in all previous years and hopefully the same will happen this year. Closer to the date some people will get specific jobs to do and anyone not getting such a call please keep and eye on the website for information.
Anniversary Celebrations
2018 is a big celebration year for Celtic DCH (junior club) and DCH (senior club). It 100 years this year since DCH was founded and efforts are ongoing to have a get together in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Santry on the evening of the National senior championships in July . A face book page DCH 100 years has been set up and contacts are being made with many former members.
Celtic Athletic Club was reformed in 1998 by Anne Corrigan and Mary Mc Kenna so that makes our junior club 20 years old in 2018. We hope to do something to mark this at the end of the Summer.
