Hi there, hope you all enjoying the snow! Sprint group and middle distance 2004 and older who can get there on foot. Meet at navan rd church at 10.30 on Saturday morning. Wear wellies and carry your runners. Wrap up!!

Club training cancelled for Thur evening. Anyone feeling like a run and who can make it safely should head to the Hole in the wall for 10.30 on Thur morning. Go for a ski after!!

The junior, senior and masters Leinster indoors were held in Abbott’stown today. Chloe Corcoran was first into action finishing 4th in the junior 60m and later on in the day she finished 4th in the 200m final.

Alison Burke won the 60m hurdles in a very tight race and got herself a nice pb of 9.04. Emily Corcoran meanwhile came 2nd in the junior high jump.

In the 1500m races Dora ran a very good race finishing 3rd in the junior race. Clare and Niamh both ran well in the senior race but missed out on medals on this occasion.

Edel came 3rd in her age group in the masters 800m, Aoife ran well in the senior 800,Sara Byrne, Ella Mae and Sara Jane all ran well in the junior 800m.
To complete a long day Caoimhe had a great run in the junior 400 and was delighted to break 60 secs for the first time. Well done everyone.
