Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Dublin City Harriers will be held
on Thursday 11th May 2023 at 20.00 at The Halfway House, Navan Road, Dublin 7.
The annual general meeting will receive and consider reports from the honorary secretary
and honorary treasurer. Additionally the meeting will consider notices of motion from
individual members and/or the committee.
Elections will be held for the following positions:

Nominations of officers and committee and notices of motion should be submitted in writing
to the hon secretary (der.nagle@gmail.com) on or before Friday 5 th May 2023.
Only those registered with Dublin City Harriers as at Wednesday 10th May 2023, other than life vice presidents, are entitled to attend and speak at the meeting or to submit nominations and motions.
