Tue 14th Dec National indoor arena every one. Assemble at 7.15. Bring 2 euro and a drink. Remember one night a week at training in Athletics is not enough to make any progress. Not enough of our under 9/10/11/12 age group are doing their hill training on Sundays.
Thur 16th Dec gym group 7pm
Everyone else st John Bosco school hall 7pm.

Celtic international teams announced
Great news today with the announcement that 3 club athletes have been selected on the Irish team for the Celtic international in Antrim on Jan 6th. Congratulations to Sean Donoghue on his selection for the under 17 boys team, Cliona Murphy and Fian Sweeney on the under 23 women’s team. Well done!👋👋👋
