League 2

Well done to all our 37 athletes who turned out for League 2 in the Phoenix Park today. The athletes who attend training regularly are certainly showing the results. The standout performers today were Shauna Gogarty, Clare Murphy, Sean Donoghue, Dora Medgyesy and the under 12 girls team. Well done to all.

In the Novice womens event which followed the juvenile races Cliona Murphy came a fine 6th, with Edel, Fiona and Clare finding the going very tough on a fast 4k course. Great running ladies!

League 1 on Sunday, Ardgillen Park,

We need all our younger athletes out in Ardgillen Park on Sunday for League 1.  Be there for 10.15 to have plenty of time to check out the course. Ardgillen has a great playground and is ideal for a picnic after the races if the weather is good.
