A gang of our older athletes ran in the Graded races in Irishtown tonight ( Wednesday), First into action was Eoin Kavanagh in the 400m where he recorded yet another personal best time of 51.20! The girls were next with Aoife Corr and Aoife Ni Bhroin both running really well in their 800m races. Aislinn Moorehouse and Sinead Cronin ran in the second B race and were both very competitive. Niamh Donnelly ran in the A race where she was 3rd. All the girls were near to or better than their previous best times.

Catherine and Pierre ran in the Cork City sports on Tuesday night. Catherine did the sprint and the hurdles and Pierre did the 1500m. Both ran well but were down a bit from their performances on Sunday which wasnt surprising as they both had run very hard on the Sunday. Well done to all.
