On the 16th of September we had a large group representing the club at League 1 in Newbridge House. First timers Jessica Ryan and Pearl O Brien ran in the under 9 girls race and Dan in the boys race and all ran well. Martha and Abigal finished in the teens in the under 10 girls race with Hugh have his best race so far in the boys under 10. Aimee Ryan was a fine 8th in the under 11 girls race with Aimee and Aoibhinn just behind her. Daniel was around 20th in the boys race. Under 12 girls were led in by Shona in 10th with Beth, Lily, Yana and Meadbh in her first outing just behind. Oisin and Finn both had good runs in the under 12 and 13 boys with Niamh and Aoife both in top 20 under 13 girls. Caolan had a good 4th finish under 14 with Hazel finishing well. In the under 15 girls Clare finished 5th with Kacey, Keelin, Yana and Alex not far behind. Joe just got caught out near the line and came 2nd with and Conor Maleady finished well. Well done to Clare , Gillian, Aoibh, Dora, Celine, Laura, Oisin, Ella Mae and Daniel in the older age groups. We dont have the official results and hard to figure out as age groups were mixed together.
