Training Times
No training at the Hole in the Wall Saturday (17th March) , all out to Santry for 10.30. On Sunday, meet at 11 as usual at the Hole in the Wall. On Monday if any of the middle distance gang fancy a run, meet at 12 noon at the Hole in the Wall. Tuesday and Thursday meet at 7pm at the usual places. Next weekend and the weekend after the All Ireland Indoors are on in Nenagh. Qualifers please check previous note on Website for times and dates. Any queries give Mary a ring or a text.
Great Ireland Run
Get entries in asap, for the Junior run. Anyone who is away on holidays over Easter and won’t be back to help out on the day lets us know. Sunday 15th April is THE DAY that we need EVERYBODY.
