Back to training!

General training for all age groups starts back this Saturday 24th Aug meeting 10.30 at the Hole in the Wall. Any athlete at primary school needs to run 3 days a week to progress if they dont do another activity that gets their heartbeat up, 1st or 2nd year in secondary need 3/4 days a week depending on how active they are otherwise, older athletes need 4 plus d ays depending on other activities. with this in mind and in particular in the case of the younger groups come on Saturday if you cant do Sunday. First race of the crosscountry leagues will be SUNDAY 15th September at Newbridge House in Donabate

Sun 25th Aug Hole in the Wall 11am -everyone

Tue 27th Aug Hole in the Wall 7pm-everyone

Thur 29th Aug Hole in the Wall 7pm-everyone

Sat 31st Aug Curracloe Gang note will be handed out at training Tues and Thurs

Sun 1st Sep Hole in the Wall 11am -everyone except Curracloe gang
