Training plan this week

Sat 3rd Oct Pierre’s group meet at Hole in the wall at 10.15 sharp and head to Mary’s hospital. Sprints group and athletes born 2008 and older meet at 10.30 at HITW.

Sun 4th Oct older middle distance group organize yourselves for long run. Everyone else meet at Hole in the wall at 11.

Tue 6th Oct Bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free. Everyone else DIT Grangegorman at 7pm.

Thur 8th Oct 5o clock gang meet at HITW. Everyone else HITW at 7pm. Hi viz tops, or lights. No dark clothes. Older teenagers please note.

Weather is getting unpredictable. Parents please note we do train on wet days/ nights but we may cut a bit short if very nasty. Be available to collect a bit earlier on those times.
