Training this week

Sat 10th Oct HITW 10.30 sharp older middle distance group plus sprints group.

Sun 11th Oct HITW every one. Older middle distance group organize between yourselves to go for a run in your own time.

Tue 13th Oct Bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free. Zoo corner group 7pm. Everyone else DIT at 7pm.

Thur 15th Oct HITW at 5 for long run. 7pm HITW everyone else. High Viz tops / vests essential/lights for 7pm group including sprints group.
