Word from the competition secretary that the under 12 girls 600m will be after all the 800 s on Friday night. Apparently long jump under 12 has a huge entry and this change in program is to facilitate those athletes.

Caoimhe Lynam led off on the first leg of the senior girls 4x300m relay for Castleknock Community school and handed over with a good lead to their second runner. The team ran really well and fought hard to hold that lead but were narrowly beaten into 2nd place by Ursuline Sligo. Well done to Caoimhe and her team. Great day for our club and especially for Caoimhe and Alison as both are doing their leaving next week and were proudly wearing their schools colours for the last time.
