Gold for Alison & Sean in the All Ireland Schools 2018

Just in!

Alison absolutely smashed her PB on her way to winning the Senior Girls 100mh running a fantastic 14.37. This time moves Alison up to the 5th fastest Irish hurdler in this year’s overall senior rankings – great running!b287c97c-f231-46e5-b676-a920c51fd224

Shortly afterwards, Sean then took to the track to claim victory in the U16 Boys Mile in a new impressive Irish Schools Record of 4:26.40.6b756eb5-c877-4c04-b7ce-8f0635de26a05d515dd5-15ec-44f3-92d0-cafde27473ba

Sean also managed to get a few cool pics of himself on Sportfile below 😀

Much earlier in the day (while most of you were still in bed!) Emily took to the runway in the senior girls high jump finishing 5th on countback after clearing the same height as those in 3rd and 4th and just narrowly missing a 1.65m clearance – great to be consistently clearing 1.60m with no doubt plenty more to come!

The day was rounded up with a great performance by Caoimhe and her team from CCC came who 2nd senior 4 x300. Caoimhe kicked off the race running the first leg and handing over in first place – Can’t ask for more than that!

Congrats all!
