Training,/competition this week
Sat 10th Mar All Ireland schools cross country in Waterford. Bus leaving Breffini inn at 8.30. Still seats available.
InterVarsity cross country in Trinity grounds
Sat 10th Mar sprint group 10.30 in Santry
Middle distance Athletes 2004 and older meet Hole in the wall 10.30.
Sun 11th Mar Hole in the wall 11am everyone.
Tue 13th Mar Hole in the wall 7pm everyone.
Thur 15th Mar gym group 7pm
Everyone else st John Bosco school hall 7pm
Bus to Irish schools
Please note the bus will.be collecting us from the Breffini inn at 8.30. Bring spare clean shoes for journey home. Athletes bring complete change of clothes and towel if you decide to shower before coming home. Please circulate.
