This weekend one of our youngest club members Aimee Ryan heads to Athlone to compete in the 80m under 8 at the National Community games. Aimee is representing Dublin. We wish her the best of luck and hope that she enjoys the experience. Go Aimee!

A big thank you to everyone who hit the park early this morning to help at the water stations for the half marathon. Great job done by all!.

At 10.30 Tue and Thurs a group will meet for a run at hole in the wall. 14 years and older only. This is not formal training but for those who finished their season early and those who just want to meet up. May be on sat/sun as well if demand is there.

Zoo water station. First athlete due at 9.05. Helpers need to be there from 8.15. Cups have to be poured on this one.

Second water station is on military road (near the s bends). Will call around to advise which one to go to so that we have cover on both.

Please note the venue for registration is the Arts block in Trinity college, not the sports center as originally posted. Times still the same.

Phoenix park crew for Sat morning meet at 8am over on the closed road.

Crew who are working at the registration for the rock n roll half marathon are to report to Trinity college sports center at 12noon sharp on Friday. We will be there till 6pm on Friday evening. Saturday morning we start at 9.30 and finish at 5.
