The shop that engraved the trophies for Dublin Community Games have been taken over by another company and are now called Irish Trophies. The are located furthur up Marlborough st across from the Abbey Theater. They are over the snooker shop two floors up. The entrance is in the laneway beside the snooker shop. Alison will engrave the trophies when you tell her that its a Community Games trophy. Lunch is 2 till 2.30. Please get them in this week as time is running out.

We had 7 of our older athletes in action in Santry on Wednesday night at the graded meeting. Caoimhe Lynam had a great race in her first ever 400m running 62.56 and finishing 3rd in her race.Aoife Ni Bhroin ran 64.28 in her 400m and Aoife Corr did 64.64 for a pb in her 400. The boys were up next and we had a brilliant run from Eoin Kavanagh who won his race and knocked nearly a second off his pb running 50.32, Finn Burke Power also won his race in a pb of 52.59 and Daire Finn had his first experience of the joys of 400m running doing 54.62 for his race. Ritchie ran in the mile and finished 4th overall. Well done everyone. Next event will be on Wed 3rd June in Tallaght.
