Well done to all our under age athletes who ran this morning in Donabate. We had lots of first timers this morning who hopefully will learn from their experience. Great to see the training paying off. Lots to do before the next races which are on 6th October and remember coming once a week dosnt work if you want to progress even at the youngest age groups. We will see who is the least uncomfortable over the longer distances(for 6th Oct)and will sort teams over the next two weeks. Thank you to all the parents who brought their children out this morning. We will upload the results to the website as soon as we get them.

Sat 14th Sept HITW 10 am sprint group and older athletes not racing tomorrow

Sun 15th Sept sprints group 11am HITW. Races in newbridge house for all younger athletes. Older middle distance group make own arrangements.

Tue 17th Sept HITW 7pm everyone
Thur 19th Sept HITW 7pm everyone
Please arrive for 7pm sharp as darkness falls very quickly.

Race details for Sunday on separate post later. Please arrive on site one hour before scheduled race time .

We had a number of our girls representing st Dominic’s at the Fingal secondary school cross country relays today at Newbridge House in Donabate. Ellen and Lelia were on the winning first year team .
Jessica, Pearl, Caroline and Saoirse were impressive winners of the 2nd year race. Maisy was on the other 2nd year team and they finished 4th.
Aimee, Sara, Erin and Aoibhinn won the 4th year race . 4x 600m for each race , great event , will definitely be back next year!
