A big thank you to all the helpers who came out on Sat morning to do the registration, baggage and finish area for the 5k. Your help is much appreciated.

We had three athletes competing in the IMC meeting in Greystones on Saturday. Jodie McCann came a very good 4th in the women’s A 1500m, her brother Luke had a great run winning the men’s A race in a European championships qualifying time. Pierre Murchan came 3rd in the 3k in his fastest time since 2016. Also his 2nd fastest time ever , a nice diversion from studying for his final year college exams! Great running by all three.

Emily after receiving her gold medal in senior high jump today. Her last ever North leinster competition. 6th year competing for St Dominics. 😀
