Gillian 1st and Clare 3rd in the 1500m under 17

We had two relay teams in action on Fri night in Abbottstown. Our under 19 team of Chloe, Ashley, Annie and Emily were a good 2nd behind DSD. In the under 13 race Shona started off well but at the change over accidentally collided with Emily resulting in Emily losing a shoe. Emily bravely ran on but lost some ground which Lily and Niamh were unable to make up. The joys of relay running!!!! Next time!

Sat 9th Feb Sprints group 10.30 Santry.Dermots group plus the older group not competing this weekend in Abbott’s town 10.30 Hole in the Wall. No training this weekend for anyone born 2006 or younger.

Sun 10th Feb Hole in the Wall 11am. Sprints group, older middle distance group not competing in Abbottstown.

Tue 12th Feb bogies at 4 for anyone who’s free. Gym group 7pm. Dermots group check. DIT at 7 everyone else.

Wed 13th Feb Leinster schools cross country. 12 noon in Santry. Best of luck to our competitors.

Thur 14th Feb NIA 7.45 for 8pm. Everyone.
