Races start at 11am with the under 11.
Training this week
Sat 27th Oct Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone, sprinters, Hilarys group and all older group.
Sun 28th Oct Hole in the wall 11am sprints group and older group only.
Tue 30th Oct Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone. Sprints group gym at 7.
Wed 31st Oct Hole in the wall 10.30 older middle distance group only.
Thur 1st Nov Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone. Sprint group gym at 7pm.

Dermots group as usual meet at Hole in the wall at 7, sprints group gym at 7, Hilarys group and all others meet at 7 at DIT.

Spread the word . Training tonight at 7pm meeting at the main entrance to DIT Grangegorman. The entrance is opposite the old recycling place . Parking is limited so car pool if possible. M
