click below for details of League 4 this Saturday in Tallaght.There will be no formal training this Saturday due to competition in Tallaght and Day 2 of the Leinster schools in Santry. Older middle distance group should meet for a run on Saturday at 10 at the Hole in the Wall and we will do our hill session on Sunday.
