Our team for the Dublin Junior womens cross country on Sunday 4th November in Santry is as follows.

The distance is 3k and race starts at 1.30. Team members are to meet Dermot at 12noon in Santry. Wear wellies if there is a lot of rain the week before.

What can we say, you were all brilliant today! Its almost unfair to single out anyone but we have to say a special well done to Keelin and Alex in the under 9s. Also to Cliona Carthy and Cliona Murphy 2nd and 3rd in the Dublin under 18 championship and to Eva who ran a great race also. Great to see Billy, Ben, Pierre, Anna, Alison, Liam and Ella Mae mantaining their good form. Consistant training is the key and the league races are where you learn how to race. Thanks to all the parents who helped out and supported to the end of a lovely Autumn Day in the Park!

The Dublin even ages are on the 4th of November in Santry starting at at 11.30 and the uneven ages have been changed to Saturday 10th November in Marley Park starting at 11am.

Tues and Thurs this week (mid-term)there will be no evening training for Mary and Hilarys gang. We will be training at the Hole in the Wall, meeting at 11 a.m.  If you are away for the mid-term try to get out for a run as first day of the Dublin championships will be on Sunday 4th November in Santry. Will post details for Dermots and Brians gang next week.
