Training/ Racing Details for Week beginning Sat 19th Oct

Sat 19th Oct Hole in the Wall 10.30am

Sun 20th Oct League 4 in the Phoenix Park starting at 11am. We will meet at 10.15 sharp in the Popes cross carpark. Map of the course is on an earlier posting. We need everyone who comes to training to come out on Sunday. No excuses, this is right on our doorstep! Everyone is looking great at training so you will be well able for the races. The younger athletes will be all done and dusted by 12 so plenty of time to do other stuff after. Bring rain gear. Best of luck to everyone and ENJOY.

Clonliffe Races for 50th Anniversary

Clonliffe Harriers womens division celebrated 50 years in existance by hosting a cross country race for junior and senior women today. We had a junior team in action led in by Alison Armstrong in a fine 5th place, closely followed by Cliona Murphy in 6th and Aoife Corr completing the team in 11th. The girls were delighted to finish 2nd team overall. Well done!

Sat 12th Oct Hole in the Wall 10.30 -all senior group and any of Hilary and Marys group who cant make Sunday.

Sun 13th Oct Hole in the Wall 11am-everyone, all Hilary and Marys group and all the newbies should do either Sat or Sunday this week to get ready for the final League races next week.

Sun 20th Oct Last race of the cross country leagues for the younger athletes in the Phoenix Park starting at 11am . We need a full turn out of all Hilary and Marys groups for this competition. Its right on our doorstep so no excuses! Meeting arrangements will be on next weeks schedule.

National Cross country- venues finalised

The Even age All Irelands will be held in Santry on Sunday 17th November and the uneven age Nationals will be held in Waterford Inst of Technology on the 15th of December. All Ireland schools cross country will also be held in Waterford in March 2014.
