Sun 4th Nov Hole in the wall 11am sprints group. Dublin championships in Santry starting at 11. No training for Hilarys group today. Any older middle distance athletes who are free meet at Hole in the wall at 11.

Thur 1st Nov Hole in the wall 10.30 everyone. Sprint group gym at 7pm.
