Parkside Cross Country
We had a big gang in action today (Wednesday) at the Parkside primary schools cross-country races in the Bogies and some very impressive runs from our athletes. In the under 10 race Clare Murphy was a very fine winner in the girls race and sister Gillian was an impressve 3rd. In the boys under 10 Liam Burke finished very well in 2nd place. In the girls race under 11 Anna Petit ran a great race finishing 3rd. Girls under 12 were next off and Ella Mae Cromie won in great style from Emily Corcoran with Gaby Couch 3rd. Alison Burke ran away with the girls under 12 race, with cousin Zoe Couch finishing a fine 2nd in the under 13 girls race. Last race of the day saw a great run from Jamie Kennedy fighting off a St Bridgets lad to win the boys under 13 race. A great turnout from club members and parents and a job well done by all.
